亲爱的同学们好！

这个寒假，大家一直都很配合我们的疫情防控工作，严格遵守学校的规定，对中国政府的防控举措和工作成效给予极大的赞赏，对取得防控工作的最后胜利表现出充分的信心。学校和学院对你们的健康和安全也给予了极大的关心。到今天为止，我校留学生中没有一例感染者，这是我们共同努力的结果，请接受我对你们衷心的感谢。今天，我们的疫情防控进入关键时期，政府要将那些疑似患者一个不漏地隔离开来进行观察，目的是要尽快地彻底地打赢这场疫情防控战，这就需要有大量的场地。昨天，包括我校在内的16所高校收到了武汉市政府的通知，通知说要征收我校阳光校区的部分学生公寓安排疑似患者。

在这里，我要对大家说几句话:一、这个安排并非是一件很危险的事。因为，一旦阳光校区有学生公寓被征用，专业部门会设置隔离带，我们只要不穿越隔离就是非常安全的。二、我生活的武汉纺大东湖校区在十天前就被征用了，有疑似患者在6栋学生公寓里隔离观察，我和家人都很理解支持政府的安排，我们也很安全。三、现在是武汉疫情防控的关键时刻，需要全民参与，武汉纺大的师生义不容辞。我希望，纺大的留学生要坚决执行命令，科学和理性地对待这项安排。

我相信，同学们一定能理解、支持这项安排，积极投身这场战斗，为打赢这场战争继续贡献自己的力量。

Hello, dear students! During this winter holiday, you have been cooperating with our epidemic prevention and control work, abiding by university regulations, giving great appreciation to the Chinese government's control measures and work results, and showing full confidence in the final victory of the prevention and control work. WTU and IEC have held great concern for your health and safety. Till today, there has not been a single case of infection among our foreign students. This is the result of our joint efforts. Please accept my sincere thanks to you. Today, we are entering a critical period of this battle against the epidemic. The government has to isolate all the suspected patients for observation. The goal is to win this battle as soon as possible. It requires a large space. Yesterday, 16 universities, including ours, received a notice from Wuhan city government, which said it would expropriate some of the students' apartments at our sunshine campus to arrange for suspected patients.

Here, I would like to say a few words to you: First, this is not a very dangerous arrangement. Because, once the patients enter sunshine campus, the professionals will set up the isolation zone, as long as we do not cross the isolation zone, it will be safe for us. Second, the east lake campus of WTU, where I live, was expropriated ten days ago. Some suspected patients were quarantined in six student apartments for observation. My family and I understood this arrangement of supporting the government, and we are very safe. Third, now is the critical moment for the prevention and control of the epidemic in wuhan. We need everyone to participate in it. All the teachers and students of WTU have the responsibility to participate. I hope that the foreign students at the university will resolutely carry out the order and treat this arrangement scientifically and rationally. I believe that you will understand, support, actively participate in this battle, and continue to contribute to wining this battle.
