Notice for holding international students management meeting
Dear students,
International education college is going to host a meeting on the international students management in the new semester at 15:30 September 25th in room 916, 9th floor, library, sunshine campus, wtu,
Problems on managing international students on provincial level will be briefed and related rules and regulations will be taught. In addition, all students should have all the things below in mind:
1. All students enrolled in year 2016 must submit original passport, copied personal info page, copied valid visa page. WTU will check if there is any illegal matters such as illegal entry, illegal residency, illegal work, and keep related documents and files.
2. International students dormitory will be thoroughly checked. Adjusting room without permit, having guests stay over, graduated International students and unrelated person staying in dorm are strictly forbidden. The auditing regulation on staying off campus and applying for temporarily residing off campus shall be strictly carried out.
3. International students shall conduct a thorough cleaning in the personal space and all public space, including kitchens, laundry rooms and activity room. From 9am September 26th, WTU will conduct a strict inspection in international students dormitory.
Anyone who is found violated related regulations shall be punished for canceling president or CSC scholarship qualification according to the regulations made by WTU and superior departments. Students responsible for severe situations will be handed over to related departments.
